ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR DEPARTMENT OF OBSTETRICS & GYNECOLOGY

Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking to fill a full-time, non-tenure (clinical) or tenure-track faculty position in the Department of OB/GYN. This position is actively involved in patient care and teaching medical students and residents at College ambulatory clinics, as well as the hospital inpatient service. Appropriate effort and activity in clinical research and service will also be necessary as well as a clinical record of sufficient depth to qualify for faculty appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Requires a D.O. or M.D. degree, eligibility for licensure in the state of Oklahoma, Board eligibility with A.O.B.O.G, and a devoted interest in education. Must be proficient in diagnostic tests such as ultrasound, colposcopy, office based procedures, labor and delivery and surgical/laparoscopy. Prefer residency training and teaching experience. Garfield Medical Center and Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific is seeking a D.O. Program Director for its developing OB/GYN residency program. Successful candidate qualifications include:

Degree:Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Certification:OB/GYN certification from the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOBOG)
Professional membership: Member in good standing of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG).
Educational and administrative experience:Three or more years of experience in residency administration or directorship is highly desired.  Experience as a clinical instructor within inpatient and ambulatory settings also highly desired.

MFM FELLOWSHIP

Rockford Health System Department of Maternal Fetal Medicine is now accepting applications for Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine. The Rockford Regional Perinatal Center is committed to provide a comprehensive educational opportunity for fellows in Maternal Fetal Medicine. The Fellowship program is designed to provide uncompromised training in the clinical aspects of Maternal Fetal Medicine as well as a strong didactic base with the opportunity for clinical and basic science research.

The perinatal centers resources include a diverse clinical population with exposure to a wide range of pathologies. A strong medical genetics team, comprising board certified geneticists and counselors as well as cytogenetics will support this aspect of education.

A level III NICU provides support for our neonates and allows for care and transport of patients across the gestational age spectrum.
