Dr. Tiffany Lowe-Payne, is a dually board-certified family physician, stress expert and obesity medicine specialist. She is also an assistant professor of family medicine at Campbell University- School of Osteopathic Medicine located in Buies Creek, NC.  Known as "The Nation's Leading Expert to De-Stress For Success," Dr. Tiffany is a tireless advocate for health and wellness. Noticing how stress affected the health of many of her patients, in 2015 she developed The Institute of Transformational Health & Wellness, which incorpo-rates osteopathic principles to help those she serves achieve a state of whole health ~ mind, body & spirit.  In addition, through the Institute, in April 2016, she released her best-selling book, "A Woman's Guide to De-Stress for Success: 10 Essential Tips to Conquer Stress and Live at Your Best.

As a speaker and health expert, Dr. Tiffany has been sought out for her expertise to discuss vari-ous topics in primary care. She has been featured in both print and television news including na-tional platforms such as US News and World Report, Shape Magazine, Men's Fitness and Cos-mopolitan.  
Dr. Tiffany earned her medical degree in 2000 and completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine (now part of Rowan University).  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with minors in chemistry and psychology from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland.

Currently, Dr. Tiffany sits on the executive board of the North Carolina Osteopathic Medical As-sociation serving as their President. She is also an official speaking representative for her national medical organization, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) .
