How will I log-in?
Logging in to the virtual conference platform is easy. When the conference begins, you'll log into this page, where you'll click a button to enter the conference. It's the same login information you use to access the ACOOG site.
Will I need special equipment?
No. The platform we've selected is based on the Zoom network. If your'e able to make a Zoom meeting from your device, you will be able to access the presentations in most cases. Make sure you download the Zoom mobile app or the computer app. If you’d like to test it, please visit https://zoom.us/test and make sure you’re able to join and your Zoom client is up to date.
I’ve already registered for the conference. Do I need to do anything else?
No. If you registered for the live conference, we’ll automatically switch you over to the virtual conference. No further action is required from you. If we owe you a refund, we’ll automatically process that, too.
When will I receive instructions on how to access the virtual conference?
ACOOG is working diligently to prepare for this unique experience and will send you the necessary instructions at least one week prior to the event. Make sure that the email address associated with your registration/ACOOG profile is accurate and up to date so that there is no delay in receiving our communications.
I registered for the pre-conference workshops. How do I access them?
The pre-conference workshops will be pre-recorded, and you’ll be able to send questions to the presenters. You’ll access them the same way you access the conference content.
Will I have access to recordings and materials?
YES! After the presentation, recordings and materials will be available from the conference website.
