Virtual Medical Student Education Program
October 17, 2020

 

 

The following education sessions will be available on-demand prior to the start of the program:

  • Women’s Health Curriculum Resources (Angela Fleming DO)
  • Prep for 3rd Year Rotations (David Boes, DO)
  • Prep for Residency -4th Year Rotations, Test Scores, & More (David Forstein, DO)
  • OMM/OPP Session (on-demand video) (NOTE: Add this to your registration - The session is complimentary for student members, but will show as $100 Until placed in your cart. Once in the cart, the price will switch to $0.)

These sessions will occur live at the designated time via Zoom
(All times Central Time Zone):

12 - 1 PM  Panel Discussion – Dr. Forstein, Dr. Boes, Dr. Geria, Dr. Fleming  
 1:30 - 3:30 PM OMS III and IV: Mock Interviews (Sign Up required by October 1st)
 3:30 - 5 PM NSS-ACOOG Business Meeting 

 

Virtual Residency Fair

Explore potential residency programs, showcase your skills, make connections, and find that perfect "match!" Residency programs from across the United States will provide program information, advice and feedback to help students prepare for application. It's a unique opportunity to conveniently interact with multiple programs from wherever you are. 

Residency programs/hospitals or health systems interested in a hosting a booth at the Virtual Residency Fair, please complete the online registration

Students may register for 1:1 meetings in each booth when the Virtual Fair is live during conference.

POSTER COMPETITION

Medical students attending the NSS meeting held in conjunction with the ACOOG 2020 Advances in Women's Health Virtual Conference are encouraged to submit posters. Submissions must be received by September 15, 2020.  Students will be eligible for an Excellence in Poster Presentation award and Excellence in Research on Healthcare Disparities Among Minorities award.
