The NSS Poster Session gives osteopathic medical students a national stage to share women's health research. Present your work to ACOOG members, faculty, and residency program directors at the 2026 Advances in Women's Health Conference.

Submit Your Poster

Who Can Participate

The poster session is open to student members of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG) National Student Society (NSS). Osteopathic medical students involved in a women's health club at their school, or interested in an OB/GYN residency, receive automatic NSS membership.

ACOOG Membership Is Required

Membership is free for medical students. You must be an ACOOG member before submitting a poster.

Participation Requirements

All poster session participants must:

Be an ACOOG member (free for students)
Register for the Annual Fall Conference
Attend the conference and stay at the conference hotel
Be present at your poster during the scheduled session (12:30–4:00 PM, Friday, October 2)

This is a non-juried session. All complete submissions on women's health topics are accepted. ACOOG members vote for their overall favorite poster. ACOOG reserves the right to reject any poster.

Poster Design Guidelines

Maximum Size

60 inches wide x 48 inches tall. Larger posters will not fit on the provided boards.

Printing

You are responsible for printing your poster and bringing it to the conference. ACOOG provides display boards and pins.

File Upload

Upload your poster at time of submission. Accepted formats: PowerPoint or PDF (one slide), up to 25 MB.

Photography

You must have written permission to use any photos in your poster that are not your own.

Use of AI

ACOOG supports responsible use of generative AI. Any AI-generated content must be clearly acknowledged. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all AI-generated copy, figures, images, and citations. Presenting inaccurate AI-generated content will result in disqualification.
