Membership Information

Regular Member

ACOOG Regular MembershipOsteopathic or Allopathic Physicians who have completed AOA-approved or ACGME-approved postdoctoral training in Obstetrics and Gynecology, but have not yet obtained board certification, are eligible for Regular membership in ACOOG.

Annual membership fees are $625 currently. Continuous membership supports ACOOG resources year-round and reflects an ongoing commitment to the profession and to the community we’re building together.

Senior/Fellow Member

ACOOG Senior Membership

DOs and MDs who have completed postdoctoral training in OB/GYN and are actively board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOBOG) and/or the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) qualify for Senior membership in ACOOG. 

Senior members have earned the privilege of using the credential FACOOG (Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists), a representation of their commitment to the profession and excellence in women's healthcare..

Annual dues are $625.

Continuous membership connects you to a community of professionals dedicated to exceptional women's health, leadership opportunities, career alerts, free education, conference discounts, and other important resources and benefits.

Early Career Physician Member

ACOOG Early Career PhysicianDO and MD physicians who have recently completed postdoctoral training in obstetrics and gynecology within the past 12 months are eligible for Early Career membership in ACOOG.

Membership connects you to a professional network, free education, conference discounts, and other resources and benefits.

Resident/Fellows in Training Member

ACOOG Candiate/Resident memberResidents, interns, and  fellows currently in AOA or ACGME-approved OB/GYN training programs qualify for postgraduate membership in ACOOG. The category positions you as a candidate for full membership upon completion of training. Open to DOs and MDs alike. 

ACOOG underwrites annual dues for interns, residents, and fellows in training. 

Membership connects you to career opportunities, a professional network, free education, conference discounts, and other resources and benefits.

Associate Member

ACOOG Associate MemberAssociate Membership is open to DOs and MDs practicing in specialties outside obstetrics and gynecology whose work involves women's health.
 
Annual dues are $250. Membership provides access to educational resources, discounts, and a community of like-minded, dedicated physicians.

Medical Student Member

ACOOG Candiate/Resident memberStudents currently enrolled in Osteopathic or Allopathic medical schools in the US are eligible for Student membership in ACOOG.

Student members are eligible and encouraged to participate in ACOOG's National Student Society.

(Membership fees for students are underwritten by the college as an investment in the training of physicians dedicated to the specialty.)

ACOOG affiliated memberAllied Health Professionals (NPs, PAs, RNs, CNMs, Doulas, and others)  are invited to join ACOOG.

Annual Allied Health Professional membership fees are $50. Membership provides access to member-only educational resources, webinars and special discounts.
