Present your scholarly work at the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG) Annual Conference this spring. Review the deadlines, categories, and submission fields below before you start.

Extensions are not granted. Poster presentations count as scholarly work and let you exchange information one on one with attendees.
Categories
The judging committee assigns each submission to a category.
Award Category
Eligible for a monetary award. The project must be original research by a resident from a program with Osteopathic Recognition, or by any DO student, resident, or fellow from any residency program.
Open Category
A case study, an "other" project type, or original research from a program without Osteopathic Recognition.
Success tip
Include data tied to your study or case. In past cycles, the most common reason for rejection was missing results data.
Special Considerations
The committee gives special consideration to posters that apply osteopathic principles and practice (OPP), osteopathic manipulative medicine, or health equity.
General Guidelines
Upload your abstract by the deadline.
Submit your poster using the provided link if accepted.
Register for the conference.
Stay in the conference hotel.
Be present during the poster judging.
Please note
Scholarships and travel grants are not available for poster presenters. You cover your own travel, lodging, and registration costs.
Poster Design Guidelines
You print your own poster.
No template is required.
Poster size: 72" x 42" maximum.
Get written permission for any photos or videos you did not create.
Upload your poster online using the link provided on acceptance. The file must be a single-slide PowerPoint or PDF, up to 30 MB.

ACOOG membership
