All faculty must register for the conference.

2. Complete Your Profile & Forms
These forms collect your professional information, disclosures, and documents needed for the conference program and honorarium processing.
3. Prepare & Submit Your Content
Download the template and use it to prepare the following for each presentation:
• Final title and learning objectives
• A mini-abstract (2-4 sentences) highlighting the need and main points
• 3-4 multiple choice questions (4 answer choices each)
• 1 case vignette with multiple-choice responses
• Draft content for peer review
4. Upload Final Presentation
After peer review, upload your completed presentation file.
