Posters for this conference are limited to Medical Students. Please only submit a poster if you can attend the conference. What you enter on the submission form will be provided to all conference participants. Please enter information with care.

About This Poster Session

The NSS Poster Session is only open to student members of the ACOOG National Student Society. Osteopathic Medical Students involved in a women's health club at their school, or interested in pursuing an OBGYN residency, are automatically granted membership.

This is a non-juried poster session. All posters submitted are accepted if they are complete and the subject matter is related to women's health. ACOOG members will vote on their overall favorite poster. ACOOG reserves the right to reject any poster.

🎓 Membership Requirement

Becoming an ACOOG member is required, and it is free for students. You must be an ACOOG member to submit a poster.

Attend the conference

Stay at the conference hotel (space permitted)

Be at their poster during the scheduled poster session

About the Form

The submission form has logic built-in and will show relevant fields when you select the type of presentation.

Poster Design Guidelines

Poster Size: Maximum of 48 inches wide x 36 inches tall or smaller. Larger posters WILL NOT fit on the provided boards.

You are responsible for printing your own poster and bringing it to the conference. ACOOG will provide poster display boards and pins.

ACOOG provides a poster template. You are NOT required to use this template.

You must have written permission to use photos in your poster if they are not your own.

AI Use Policy: ACOOG recognizes the use of generative AI as a powerful tool and encourages its responsible and ethical use. If any form of generative AI is utilized for this poster it must be clearly acknowledged. Authors must review any AI-generated content for accuracy. Presenting inaccurate AI-generated information will result in disqualification.

All posters must be uploaded online at time of submission. You will only be able to upload a PowerPoint or PDF file (one slide) up to 25 MB in size.
