About the Opportunity
Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is seeking to hire OB Hospitalists to join a new and growing program. The OB Hospitalist will provide emergency/unassigned/OBED, call coverage and assist with the management of private OB/GYN deliveries and GYN emergencies. Private OB/GYN physicians will cover their own post-op patients.
Opportunity Highlights
Busy 14-bed L&D with over 3,500 deliveries a year and 12,000 OBED encounters.
New OB/GYN residency program starting 2025 — will supervise residents.
Attend all deliveries, floor coverage, and cover 6-bed OB ED.
Double Coverage Physician Model for added support.
Full Time: 12–14 twelve-hour shifts per month.
24-hour OB Anesthesia, Level III NICU, and MFM available.
Approved PSLF institution — Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible.
Compensation Package
Earning potential in excess of $400,000 annually.
$50,000 Sign-On Bonus and relocation assistance available.
$6,000 CME Allowance per year.
Multiple attractive retirement options available.
Paid malpractice including tail coverage.
Approved PSLF institution — eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
