Position Overview
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified or Board Eligible MIGS physician to join our esteemed team in Gig Harbor, WA.
We are a well-established and busy physician and midwife women's health group located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Our group consists of 1 Gyn Surgeon, 1 GYN ARNP, and 2 GYN PAs providing evidence-based women's healthcare services to Gig Harbor and surrounding communities. The group is closely connected with a well-established large OB/GYN practice.
Practice Details
Based at St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor — a 112-bed Level III Trauma Center opened in 2009.
Will join one other MIGS provider in a focused, collegial surgical practice.
Two DaVinci robots available with block time, plus Acessa on site.
24/7 Anesthesia coverage available.
Call responsibilities: approximately 1:2 rotation for own practice call. Occasional hospital call 4–5 times per month (may include St. Clare Hospital).
Qualifications & Requirements
MD or DO — Board Certified or Board Eligible (must become BC within the first two years of employment).
Washington State medical license required at time of employment.
DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority required.
Current BLS for Health Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
