About the Opportunity
Build your career while delivering meaningful care in a growing, supportive practice. The Kern County OB/GYN team is seeking a 12th physician to join a full-scope practice with strong surgical volume and subspecialty support.
About the Position
Full-scope OB/GYN — inpatient and outpatient care.
Group averages 100–120 deliveries per month.
L2 NICU, 9 LDRs, and 2 L&D ORs on site.
24/7 in-house anesthesia available.
Dedicated clinical support staff.
Flexible schedules available, including a ½ day blocked per week for education/admin time.

Compensation Disclosure
Salary range for full-time/part-time openings is $401,175 – $439,175. Potential premium earnings are up to $111,228. Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills, competencies, and geographic location. Annual salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full-time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
